We've tried to make them as clear and straightforward as possible, but this is a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and us ("Mega riches"). 1. Your Account
Your account is your personal gateway to our services. To keep things fair and secure for everyone, there are a few key rules you must follow.

- One Account Rule: Each player is strictly limited to one account. We reserve the right to close any duplicate accounts.

We are required by law to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal (this is the KYC process). Delays in providing these documents will result in a delay in receiving your funds. 3. Bonus Policy

- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a certain number of times before they, and any winnings from them, are converted to cash. This will be specified in the offer's terms.

4. Player Conduct
We expect all players to interact with our platform and our support staff in a respectful manner. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using VPNs to mask your location, colluding with other players, or exploiting any software bug or loophole. Engaging in such activities will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
